CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
1. Analyze the impact of executive functioning deficits on the occupational performance of students.
2. Demonstrate the ability to use at least three (3) resources to develop and defend a manageable workload.
3. Develop an understanding of the role that school-based OTs can play in addressing mental health issues.
4. Recognize the importance of mindfulness in school-based OT practice, as it relates to therapeutic intervention as well as therapist wellness
5. Develop a plan to apply the CO-OP Approach in current practice
6. Identify opportunities to incorporate presented methods, tools, and strategies to address self-regulation within current practice
